Dr. Taylor graduated from Harvard Medical School and was a practicing physician and cellular biologist for several decades. Her current research focuses on the interaction of indoor air and surfaces, the microbiome of the built environment and acute and chronic illnesses in occupants. In addition to being an ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer and member of its Epidemic Task Force and Environmental Health Committee, Dr. Taylor is also a member of the Mass General Brigham Hospitals infection prevention steering committee and the Harvard Medical School Incite Health Fellowship.
