Dr. Taylor is a physician and architect who pioneered hospital facilities and infectious disease research, designed healthy hospitals, and is a practicing physician and cellular biologist. She is an industry leader as anASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer and member of its Epidemic Task Force and Environmental Health Committee, member of the Mass General Brigham Hospitals infection prevention steering committee, and participates in the Harvard Medical School InciteHealth Fellowship, a program for training in design thinking and entrepreneurship to reinvent the future of primary care. She holds degrees from Harvard Medical School (MD, pediatrics, psychology) and Norwich University (M.Arch.).
Peter Taylor is a Finance executive with extensive experience in capital formation, having spent decades in Equity Capital Markets. He was an Executive at First Union Corporation and its predecessor; he was Group Head of Equity Syndicate, and Managing Director of Financial Institutions Group. Peter is a Co-owner of Speedball Art Products Company and co-founded several other companies. He is a board member, including on several nonprofit boards focused on land conservation and local institutions. Peter Taylor holds a degree from the University of Virginia (B.S.).
Yaron Yaniv is an entrepreneur with over 30 years experience developing information technology products. He has worked with early-stage Israeli companies to refine new technologies, and lead program and product management roles with Equifax, The Home Depot and Proficient Systems (now LivePersonInc.) Yaron was Commanding Officer, Special ForcesAirborne Unit, Israeli Defense Forces. He holds degrees from Georgia State University (MS,Computer Information Systems; MBA) and State University of NY at StonyBrook (BS,Business Administration).
Michael Solovay is a business executive and lawyer, with a career-long focus on emerging technology companies. He was a Managing Director at JPMorgan, where he helped form Intelligent Solutions, (big data technology, partnerships, innovative information solutions), and also worked in Strategic Investments, the JPM venture and private investment arm. Michael was also the Co-Chairman of New York Corporate Department at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and began in Skadden Arps M&A group. He is also a Board Member; including CareFindersTotal Care (home healthcare), Amicus.io (fintech), First National Bank of Santa Fe (banking). Michael holds degrees from Columbia Law School (J.D.) and Yale College (B.A. Architecture).
Gene Lockhart is a seasoned investor and accomplished senior executive, who is currently Chairman and Co-Founder of Mission OG, and a Senior Advisor to the Blackstone Group - focused on Blackstone Growth (BXG) and Blackstone Tactical Opportunities (BTO). Gene Served as CEO and President of MasterCard International, CEO of Midland Bank PLC, President of the Global Retail Bank of BankAmerica Corporation, and President of Consumer Services at AT&T. Oliver Zimmermann is a Senior executive and engineer with extensive experience in plant management, supply chain management, strategy and innovation. He is the CEO of Switzerland-based CondairGroup, leader in humidification and evaporative cooling. He has previously served as Head of Marketing, Sales & Logistics at Holcim AG, Managing Director at Franke GmbH -responsible for Germany and Eastern Europe - and as Vice President of Production & Logistics for Geberit Manufacturing. Oliver is a Board member for ConRealSwiss AG, the digital proptech ecosystem for the Swiss construction and real estate industry. He holds degrees from ETH Zurich (Masters, Industrial Management and Manufacturing Engineering) and IMD Lausanne (MBA).
Francis Caruccio is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager. He runs FC Facilities Engineering, consulting on properties in a variety of markets with engineering-based approach, and optimizes operation and maintenance of facility assets. He was a Senior administrator at Augusta Health Hospital, overseeing all facilities and support services, Principal of F7 Engineering Group (a sustainability-focused MEP engineering firm), and a lead engineer for the AdvancedTechnology Group at Hallam Associates, Inc. Francis had an early career in automotive design and manufacturing engineering with Ford and Delphi Automotive. He holds a degree from Cornell University (B.S. Mechanical Engineering).
Olivia Saber is the Chief of Staff at B4H. She is a recent Summa Cum Laude graduate from the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a focus on Facing the Death of Nature: Narratives of Design and Culture in the Anthropocene. Prior to joining B4H, she worked in architecture and has an interest in Sustainability, Environmental Justice and the built environment. Her work and research have focused on Relational Ecology, Design, and Architecture. She believes that the built environment is its own dynamic ecosystem of entities forming relationships.
Jordan is presently a Senior at the University of Georgia, graduating in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He will be graduating with honors and has received a full academic scholarship for his studies, based on his academic excellence. Jordan began working as an intern for B4H in the summer of 2020 as a Product Development Intern. Having become an integral part of the start-up team, he was offered a part-time position of Associate Developer and Analyst, while completing his studies. Prior to studying Computer Science, Jordan served as a Paratrooper in the Israeli Defense Forces from 2014-2017 and traveled extensively internationally.
